Seeking CMO / VP Marketing to Evaluate My Strategy + Execution

I’m looking for experienced CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Marketing, or senior Marketing Directors to participate in a paid marketing exercise. I’m a marketing leader with 18+ years of experience across demand generation, growth, acquisition, product marketing, GTM, conversion, analytics, and marketing leadership. Across my career, I’ve personally generated $50M+ in revenue for the companies I’ve worked with. I’m currently targeting primarily Director-level marketing roles, with some VP opportunities at smaller organizations. At that level, I need to be able to do both: Think strategically and execute tactically. So I want experienced marketing leaders to evaluate both. How it works 30-minute call #1: Bring me one real, difficult marketing problem you’re currently dealing with. I’ll independently diagnose the problem, develop a recommended approach, and create whatever practical work makes sense. 30-minute call #2: We review the work together and you give me candid feedback on both my thinking and execution. Depending on the problem, the work might include: Campaign or demand-gen recommendations Messaging / positioning Funnel or conversion analysis GTM recommendations Lead-generation ideas Sales + marketing alignment Marketing plans Prioritization / resource allocation Actual copy, campaign concepts, frameworks, or other tactical deliverables I’m specifically looking for real problems, not hypothetical case studies. Why I’m doing this I’m preparing for my next full-time marketing leadership role and want fresh evaluation from senior marketers who can assess whether I can both set direction and get my hands dirty doing the work. I’m not looking for consulting, freelance, or fractional CMO opportunities. Compensation $50 - $300 total for your participation, review, and candid feedback.
