Senior Brand Identity Designer / Brand Systems Consultant for B2B Multi-Brand Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced senior brand identity designer or brand systems consultant to help refine and develop the visual identity system for a portfolio of related B2B brands in the construction, marina development, automated storage technology, and automotive storage/development sectors. This is a strategic visual branding project. We need someone who can think beyond logos and create brand identities designed for sophisticated B2B audiences, including owners, developers, investors, architects, engineers, marina operators, automotive/luxury storage clients, and commercial real estate partners. The selected partner will work closely with our Director of Content Marketing and internal graphic designer. However, this role will be responsible for the graphic design and creative development of the project deliverables. Scope of Work The project includes: Refinement of two existing logos Development of a new icon/mark for one of the existing logos Creation of two net-new logo designs Color palette development for each brand Typography recommendations and hierarchy Branded design elements, such as chevrons, color blocking systems, patterns, linework, graphic treatments, etc. Photography and imagery strategy Visual relationship system across all brands Brand standards/guidelines for practical use across proposals, presentations, websites, social media, trade show materials, and sales collateral Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone advanced in their career with strong experience creating sophisticated visual identity systems for B2B, industrial, construction, engineering, technology, real estate, automotive, marina, or infrastructure-related brands. The right person should be able to: Understand technical and professional audiences Design with business strategy and audience perception in mind Balance credibility, sophistication, innovation, and clarity Create identities that feel modern without being trendy Build a cohesive family of brands while preserving distinction between each company Translate brand strategy into practical visual systems our team can actually use Please Include in Your Proposal Relevant portfolio examples Examples of logo refinement and net-new logo development Examples of brand guidelines or visual identity systems Experience with B2B, industrial, construction, engineering, technology, real estate, automotive, marina, or similar brands Your approach to developing visual systems for multiple related brands Estimated timeline and project fee Project Goal Our goal is to create a more polished, intentional, and audience-aware visual identity system across multiple related brands — one that improves credibility, brand recognition, and consistency while giving each brand a clear visual role in the overall portfolio.
