Senior Full-Stack Developer & Security Expert (On-Site in Rajasthan – Travel/Stay Covered)

We are a real estate mapping business transitioning our operations from an offline AutoCAD model to a fully online platform. We have a custom-built web application hosted on Hostinger that is currently about 80% complete. The initial build was assisted by AI and a junior developer. Before we launch, we need a Senior Full-Stack Developer to audit the existing codebase, secure the database, and execute the final 20% of the business logic. Because of the sensitive nature of our customer data (property coordinates, land deeds, and personal info), security and structural integrity are our highest priorities. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: ON-SITE WORK IN RAJASTHAN, INDIA This is NOT a remote position. The selected developer must travel to our office in Rajasthan to work directly with our team and our current developer to complete this project. We will fully manage and pay for your travel, accommodation, and food for the entire duration of your stay. Once the final phase is successfully completed and deployed, you are free to leave. Project Structure: We will hire and execute this project in three distinct phases: Phase 1: Discovery & Security Audit (Fixed Price) You will be given delegated access to our Hostinger environment. You will review the codebase and database architecture. Your deliverable is a written, plain-English report detailing current security vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection risks, exposed environment variables, incorrect file permissions) and structural flaws. No new code is written in this phase. Phase 2: Roadmap & Estimation Based on your Phase 1 report, you will provide a task list detailing what needs to be refactored, secured, and built to cross the finish line, along with time/cost estimates for each task. Phase 3: Execution & Polish (Milestone-based) Working on-site at our office, you will implement the security fixes, build out the remaining 20% of the platform’s business logic, and polish the UI/UX for the final launch. Required Expertise: Deep experience managing custom applications and server environments on Hostinger (hPanel). Advanced Database Security (IAM, parameterized queries, injection prevention). Backend architecture and secure API integrations. Strong ability to read, refactor, and clean up legacy or AI-generated code without needlessly rebuilding from scratch. Excellent communication skills—you must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical project managers.
