Senior Full Stack MERN & AI Developer for Property Maintenance Platform

Looking for a talented full stack developer to build a property maintenance and operations platform on the web with the MERN stack The system will manage maintenance workflows between property managers, service teams and administrators in a centralized web portal. It will have role based dashboards, request management, scheduling workflows, real time status updates, notifications and integrations with third party services. The goal is to build a modular and scalable system that can be used as a foundation for a larger SaaS product in the property operations space. The platform will be deployed in a cloud environment and designed to allow for future expansion in features and services. Tech Notes (Stack & Tools) Frontend: React, React Router, Axios, Zustand/Redux (optional), TailwindCSS (or similar) Backend: Node.js, Express.js Database: MongoDB (via Mongoose) Real-time Layer: Socket-based communication (for live updates) Authentication: JWT + bcrypt (RBAC) Integrations: Payment processing (Stripe) Notifications (Email, SMS, Push via external services) Mapping / location services (Google Maps APIs) AI integration (for request categorization / assistance) Deployment: AWS(should be deployable anywhere) What We’re Looking For in the Developer MERN stack fundamentals Experience in building role-based SaaS applications Clean code architecture, modular and scalable Good knowledge of back-end architecture Knowledge of real-time or event driven systems (Socket.io or equivalent) Experience integrating third party APIs (payments, messaging, maps, AI) Experience in building production ready REST APIs Ability to work independently and good communication skills
