Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer

Overpower AI is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Security and Configuration Engineer to support a structured Microsoft 365 Copilot Safe Implementation engagement. The engineer will assess existing Microsoft 365 environments, translate approved security, privacy, compliance, and governance decisions into technical configurations, implement Microsoft 365 Copilot controls directly within client tenants, capture configuration evidence, validate control operation, and prepare each environment for operational handoff. This is a configuration and implementation role rather than a software-development position. The engineer will work within existing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Defender, and security-monitoring capabilities. The role requires strong hands-on Microsoft administration skills, disciplined change execution, and the ability to explain technical dependencies, licensing requirements, product limitations, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
