Senior Salesforce Consultant / Developer Needed for Salesforce Enhancement & Automation Project

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, and custom development. This is initially a project-based engagement with the possibility of long-term collaboration for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. * Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. * Build and optimize Flows and process automation. * Create and maintain validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. * Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when required. * Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs. * Design reports and dashboards for business users. * Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues. * Provide recommendations for best practices and system improvements. * Document solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Required Skills * 3+ years of Salesforce experience. * Strong Salesforce Administration skills. * Experience with Salesforce Flows. * Experience with Apex and SOQL. * Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models. * Experience with reports and dashboards. * Ability to communicate effectively in English. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce Administrator Certification. * Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. * Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. * Experience with Sales Cloud. * Experience with Service Cloud. * Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Experience with Data Loader and deployment tools. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Deliverables * Review and assess the existing Salesforce setup. * Implement agreed enhancements and customizations. * Deliver tested and documented solutions. * Resolve defects and optimize existing processes. * Provide handover documentation and user guidance.
