Senior Software Developer needed for a US based tech startup

We are an early-stage startup based in Zebulon, GA, US. We are a diverse group of disciplined software engineers focused on IT outsourcing and software engineering. Our slogan is, "US-made, Globally-driven". We require a senior developer who can lead a team of other developers in securing and completing software development projects. Responsibilities: - Lead the securing and development of projects. - Be available for at least 6 hours a day in Eastern Timezone. - Work with engineers to guide their daily progress. Benefits: - $30 ~ $50/h based on the interviews you would attend for the first 2 months. After 2 months, it would be 2.5K per month as a base salary. - Plus $500 per job secured. - Opportunity to work with various US companies and experience different cultures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. - English proficiency at least C1. - 9+ years of professional software development experience. - 3+ years of experience in a lead or architect role. - Proficiency in Python/Django, React/Next.js, etc.
