Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for an experienced freelance Senior Designer to support our growing in-house creative team. We’re seeking a highly skilled designer who combines exceptional visual design with strong production skills and can quickly become an extension of our creative team. You’ll work directly with our Executive Creative Director and collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, writers, marketers, developers, and account teams to produce thoughtful, high-quality creative across digital and print. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing creative problem-solving with polished execution. Much of the work will involve supporting active marketing initiatives, evolving existing creative, and producing production-ready assets across a variety of channels. What You’ll Be Working On Projects may include: * PowerPoint presentations and executive-level decks * Digital marketing campaigns * Social media graphics * Website and landing page design * Email marketing assets * Sales collateral and one-pagers * Infographics * Print collateral What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning projects with minimal oversight while collaborating closely with our creative leadership. Qualifications include: * 7–10+ years of professional design experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital and print design * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Advanced Figma skills * Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy * Experience creating and working within brand systems * Outstanding attention to detail and production accuracy * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
