Summary

We're a performance creative agency that builds and runs Meta and TikTok ads for consumer mobile apps. We handle both the creative and the media buying for B2C app brands spending anywhere from $5k to $300k per month in ad spend. We're hiring a senior media buyer to own paid acquisition for a portfolio of our mobile app clients. This is a long-term role for someone who has done this specifically for apps. We are not looking for someone who will learn app marketing on our accounts. What you'll own - Full campaign setup, structure, and daily management across Meta Ads Manager (primary) and TikTok Ads (secondary) - Budget pacing and spend management across a portfolio of app accounts - Proactive daily monitoring: you catch problems before we do - Structured creative testing: brief, test, and iterate on ad creative with our creative team - Reading MMP and attribution data correctly, then making decisions off real numbers instead of platform-reported ones - Weekly reporting with clear commentary on what's working, what's not, and what you're testing next - Leading client status calls and explaining performance in plain language - Daily communication with the Creative Lead and Project Manager via Slack You're a strong fit if - You have managed significant paid media budgets specifically for consumer mobile apps. This is non-negotiable. - You're fluent in mobile-first metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, install-to-activation, retention, and LTV-to-CAC - You know your way around MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and understand post-ATT tracking and SKAN - You understand CRO levers for apps: paywalls, onboarding, and experimentation tooling (Superwall and similar) - You've run paid media at an agency or managed multiple app accounts at once - You surface problems and bring solutions without being asked - You operate well with minimal hand-holding - You're available to overlap with EST for at least 4 hours a day - Bonus: experience with Google Ads and Apple Search Ads (preferred, not required) Please don't apply if - Your experience is ecommerce or DTC only, with no mobile app clients - You've only ever managed one or two accounts - You've never worked inside an MMP, or you're not sure what SKAN is - You need someone to tell you what to test - Your last hands-on media buying role was more than 12 months ago To apply Don't send a generic proposal.
