Server-Side Stripe Conversion Tracking for Meta CAPI & Google (Full Ecommerce Data)

I'm looking for a developer to build a complete server-side tracking setup that captures Stripe payment events and sends clean, accurate conversion data to both Meta (Conversions API) and Google (GA4 Measurement Protocol / Enhanced Conversions). The goal is reliable, deduplicated conversion tracking that survives ad blockers, iOS restrictions, and cookie loss, so my ad platforms get exactly the signals they need to optimize. Scope of work: Capture Stripe webhook events (checkout completed, payment succeeded, subscriptions, refunds where relevant) and forward them server-side to Meta CAPI and Google. Pass full ecommerce parameters including value, currency, transaction ID, product or plan details, and quantity. Include user signals for matching such as hashed email, phone, name, IP, and user agent, all handled in a privacy-compliant way. Implement event deduplication between client-side pixel and server-side events using a shared event ID. Map the full funnel so I can see view, add to cart or checkout start, and purchase. Set up proper test events and verification in Meta Events Manager and Google so we can confirm everything is landing correctly before going live.
