SharePoint Online Designer | Customize Existing Intranet with Company Branding & Modern UI Description We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Designer/Developer to customize an existing SharePoint Online intranet for one of our clients. The site is already functional, but we want to transform the standard out-of-the-box SharePoint look into a polished, modern, and visually appealing company intranet that reflects the client's brand identity. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design who also understands the capabilities and limitations of SharePoint Online. Project Scope You will be responsible for: Applying the client's branding (colors, typography, logos, etc.) Redesigning the homepage to create a more modern, executive-quality appearance Improving navigation and overall user experience Creating visually appealing layouts for: Company announcements Document libraries Quick links HR resources Events and calendars Utilizing SharePoint Online modern pages and web parts Making the site responsive and user-friendly Recommending improvements to enhance usability while staying within SharePoint best practices Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: Extensive experience with SharePoint Online Strong SharePoint branding and customization experience Experience designing modern intranet sites UI/UX design skills Knowledge of SharePoint modern web parts, sections, themes, and navigation A portfolio of previous SharePoint intranet projects Deliverables Fully branded SharePoint intranet homepage Updated layouts and styling throughout the site Improved navigation and user experience Documentation of any customizations made To Apply Please include: Examples of SharePoint intranet sites you've designed Your experience customizing SharePoint Online Your estimated timeline for completing a project like this Any recommendations you would make for creating a modern, professional SharePoint experience
