Sheet Metal Engineer Needed – Create DXF Flat Patterns from STEP Files

I am looking for an experienced Sheet Metal CAD Engineer to create manufacturing-ready DXF flat patterns from a set of existing STEP files. Project Overview The parts are stainless steel agricultural equipment components currently manufactured in Ireland. The models were reverse-engineered from existing production parts and are available as STEP files. The components are primarily: * Laser cut sheet metal parts * Folded/bent stainless components * Welded assemblies Required Deliverables For each applicable part: * DXF flat pattern suitable for laser cutting * Bend lines included * Appropriate bend allowance / K-factor applied * PDF flat pattern for reference * Confirmation of material thickness used Important These DXF files will be used by fabrication companies to prepare quotations and manufacturing estimates. The files should therefore be suitable for: * Laser cutting * CNC press brake bending * Stainless steel fabrication Please Include When applying, please provide: * Examples of previous sheet metal projects * CAD software used (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, etc.) * Experience creating flat patterns and manufacturing DXFs * Estimated turnaround time The project consists of approximately 16 different part numbers.
