I’m looking for an experienced Shopify CRO specialist to help improve the conversion rate, mobile user experience, product pages, and checkout flow for my DTC brand: Website: https://sharklas.com Sharklas is a Mexico-based DTC footwear brand with a strong Spanish-speaking audience and growing international potential. The brand is fun, character-driven, collectible, and has built a strong organic audience through social content and community. We have generated a lot of traffic through organic content, but we want to improve how well that traffic converts into sales. This is not just a visual redesign project. I’m looking for someone who understands eCommerce conversion, mobile-first UX, product page structure, offer clarity, trust-building, cart optimization, and revenue per session. Main goals: * Improve conversion rate from existing traffic * Improve mobile shopping experience * Increase add-to-cart rate and checkout completion rate * Improve product page clarity and structure * Reduce friction in the buying journey * Improve cart drawer, upsells, cross-sells, and express checkout * Make the brand feel more trustworthy without losing its playful personality * Maintain the fun, collectible, character-driven identity of Sharklas Areas I want reviewed and improved: * Homepage first impression / 5-second test * Mobile-first UX * Product pages * Collection pages * Cart drawer * Checkout flow * Product variant selection * Product images and videos * Trust badges / guarantees / reviews * Social proof * Free shipping or discount progress bar * In-cart upsells and cross-sells * Site speed * Localization consistency in Spanish and English * Clear unique selling proposition * Brand storytelling and “About Us” page * Post-purchase survey or feedback flow Important context: Sharklas is not a generic wellness or premium lifestyle product. The brand is playful, fun, collectible, and mostly purchased by parents for kids. The CRO improvements should increase sales while keeping the brand personality strong. The store should feel trustworthy enough for parents, but still exciting and fun for kids and fans of the brand. I don’t want someone who only adds random apps or generic Shopify features. I’m looking for someone who can identify the highest-impact improvements, explain why they matter, and ideally implement them directly in Shopify. What I’m looking for: * Proven Shopify CRO experience * Strong mobile-first eCommerce UX understanding * Experience improving product pages and cart/checkout flow * Ability to prioritize high-impact changes * Ability to implement changes directly in Shopify * Clear before/after measurement plan * Experience with DTC brands is a plus * Experience with Spanish-speaking or international eCommerce brands is a plus * Experience with playful, character-driven, kids/family-oriented brands is a plus Please include in your application: 1. 2–3 Shopify stores you have improved or worked on. 2.
