Shopify CRO, Facebook Ads & Ecommerce Growth Specialist (Shopify Optimization + Video Ad Creation)

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Growth Specialist to help improve our Shopify store's performance and increase sales. Our store is currently experiencing: * High bounce rates * Low add-to-cart rates * Low conversion rates * Underperforming Facebook and social media advertising We need someone who can: * Audit and optimize our Shopify store * Improve product pages and landing pages * Increase conversion rates and add-to-cart rates * Improve mobile user experience and site speed * Analyze Shopify Analytics and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey * Optimize checkout flow and customer trust elements * Review and improve Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising campaigns * Improve audience targeting and ad performance * Create high-converting ad creatives, including video ads and UGC-style content * Write compelling ad copy and marketing content * Develop and implement a strategy to increase sales and ROAS * Provide ongoing recommendations and support for store growth The ideal candidate has proven experience with Shopify CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, ecommerce marketing, and video ad creation.
