Shopify CRO + Klaviyo Specialist (DTC) — conversion audit + email flows

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer ethnic fashion brand (sarees) on Shopify, selling to the Indian diaspora in the US. We have steady traffic and ad-driven visitors, but our conversion rate and cart-to-purchase rate are below where they should be. We're looking for a specialist to fix that and build our email engine. Scope of work: Milestone 1 — Conversion Audit (paid trial): Audit our Shopify store and checkout funnel Identify the top conversion leaks (product pages, trust signals, mobile UX, checkout) Deliver a prioritized list of 5–8 specific, high-impact fixes with rationale Milestone 2 — CRO Implementation: Implement the agreed fixes (product page improvements, trust/social-proof elements, mobile optimization) Set up A/B testing approach for ongoing optimization Milestone 3 — Klaviyo Email Setup: Build core automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back Set up email templates and campaign structure for our weekly sends Optional ongoing: light monthly retainer for testing and email campaign support after the build. You must have: Proven Shopify CRO experience with before/after conversion numbers Hands-on Klaviyo flow-building experience DTC/ecommerce background (fashion or apparel a strong plus) Strong analytical skills (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Shopify analytics) To apply, please include: A Shopify store where you improved conversion — with the actual before/after numbers Examples of Klaviyo flows you've built Your estimated hours and rate for Milestones 1–3 Applications without concrete results won't be considered.
