Shopify Connector Configuration & BC Integration Specialist

We are about to launch a new Shopify webshop and need to configure the native Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Shopify Connector to manage our warehouse operations and general connections. We require an expert to set up, test, and optimize the integration based on our specific business logic. The customer journey will be in Shopify (not part of this scope, we have a local customer focused shopify builder) Plan Customer Journey & Data Management: Shopify acts as the master system for customer profiles. Data must sync one-way from Shopify to Business Central (BC) . Order Processing: Upon checkout in Shopify, order data must be sent to BC, ensuring payments remain in a "reserved" state rather than "captured". Bank Payment & Prepayment Workflow: We need a process for customers requesting invoices for prepayment. That process need a difference flow than card payments Fulfillment & Shipping: When goods are physically shipped, BC must register the status and send a 'Fulfilled/Shipped' signal back to Shopify, including tracking numbers. We need a solution that distinguishes between internal warehouse shipments and external supplier (dropshipping) shipments. We have already have a warehouse system build where we in 5 minuttes can make manually orders to our warehouse for shipping. We need to automated that based on the order information from shopify Invoicing & Payment Capture: Once the 'Sent' status is received from BC, Shopify must perform the payment capture and generate the customer invoice. Accounting & VAT Integration: Granular invoice data (item type, price, quantity) must be posted to BC financial journals. We need to determine if this should be processed in real-time or via daily asynchronous batch jobs, while ensuring VAT is handled correctly in BC. Master Data & Inventory Sync: BC must act as the authority for physical inventory, pushing real-time updates to Shopify to prevent overselling. The architecture must be scalable to incorporate future dropshipping warehouse requirements. We need to make sure product in BC have the information needed to be shown in Shopify In general. Make sure shopify and BC are Integrated and automated all processes
