Shopify Store Build & Migration Specialist (Honey Theme | SEO & Content Migration)

Shopify SEO Migration & Store Architecture Specialist (Honey Theme) We are seeking an experienced Shopify expert to help migrate our existing food brand website from Wix to Shopify using the Honey theme. Our primary concern is preserving and improving existing SEO rankings while creating a clean Shopify foundation that we can manage internally moving forward. This is NOT a full custom website build and we are NOT looking for a graphic designer. Photography, branding, product imagery, copywriting, recipes, and content creation will be handled by our team. Existing Website Forage Breads is a premium direct-to-consumer food brand specializing in artisan gluten-free breads, grain-free products, baking flours, and pantry staples. Our current website is live and contains all existing content, products, recipes, and informational pages. Primary Objectives 1. SEO Migration (Highest Priority) We have existing SEO rankings that are beginning to gain traction, and preserving those rankings is critical. We are looking for someone who can: * Create a Shopify migration plan * Preserve SEO equity during migration * Map and implement URL redirects * Optimize site structure and collection architecture * Configure page titles and meta descriptions * Ensure proper indexing and crawlability * Advise on best practices during migration 2. Shopify Store Architecture We need help establishing the structure of the new Shopify store, including: * Collection/category creation * Navigation and menu setup * Product templates * Collection templates * Recipe template setup * FAQ page structure * Blog structure if needed * Mobile-friendly organization 3. Honey Theme Setup We are using the Honey Shopify theme. We are looking for someone to: * Configure theme settings * Build the foundational page layouts * Establish reusable templates * Create a structure that is easy for our team to maintain What We Will Handle Our team will upload and maintain: * Product photos * Product descriptions * Recipes * FAQ content * Homepage copy * Brand imagery * Blog content * Ongoing content updates We are primarily seeking help with architecture, SEO, migration strategy, and Shopify implementation.
