Shopify Store Optimization – Improve & Boost Conversions (Health & Beauty Brand)

I run The Balanced Glow, a health, beauty, and wellness Shopify store selling products like an LED phototherapy facial mask, collagen balm, and other skincare/beauty items. The store is fully built and live with products listed — I’m not starting from scratch. I’m looking for an experienced Shopify freelancer to take what’s there and make it significantly more polished, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized. What I need help with: • UX/UI audit and redesign of key pages (homepage, product pages, cart/checkout flow) • Improving site speed and mobile responsiveness • Better product page layout (trust badges, reviews, upsells, clearer CTAs) • Recommendations and setup for apps that boost conversion (reviews, upsell/cross-sell, exit-intent, etc.) • General cleanup of branding consistency across the site Ideal freelancer: • Proven Shopify experience (please share past store links or a portfolio) • Strong eye for clean, modern DTC/e-commerce design • Experience with conversion rate optimization, not just visual design • Bonus: experience with beauty/wellness or dropshipping brands Please include 1-2 examples of stores you’ve redesigned or optimized, along with any measurable results (conversion rate lift, etc.) if available.
