Shopify Theme Customization + Custom Coding (Liquid/CSS/JS)

Shopify Theme Customization + Design + Custom Coding (Liquid/CSS/JS) We're a DTC brand (OrréNaturals, hair care) and we just purchased a brand-new premium Shopify theme. We need an experienced Shopify developer + designer to set it up, design it out, and get it fully launch-ready. This is not a settings-only job — we want both real design work and custom coding. The reference: We want to model our store closely on Gruns (getgruns.com). We love their design, page structure, section flow, and overall polish. The goal is to rebuild that proven structure and feel in OUR brand — our colors, fonts, imagery, and voice — so it reaches that level of quality without being a literal copy. If you've studied Gruns or built in that style, even better. What you'll do: - Install and configure our newly purchased theme - Design the layout, sections, fonts, colors, and overall look to match our brand, modeled on the Gruns reference - Build out and design key pages: homepage, product pages, collection pages, cart - Write custom code (Liquid, CSS, JavaScript) wherever the theme's native settings fall short - Ensure the site is responsive, fast, and clean across desktop and mobile Images / design assets: We can provide brand images and assets to help. That said, we'd love a partner who can also design and generate visuals — section graphics, layout design, and overall art direction — not just place files we hand over. Please tell us what your team can produce vs. what we'd need to supply. What we're looking for: - Strong portfolio of Shopify stores you've designed AND coded (links preferred) - Comfortable in Liquid and writing custom code, not just toggling theme settings - Genuine design ability — a real eye for conversion-focused DTC layouts - Clear communicator who can work from a reference and our direction - Bonus: experience with DTC/e-commerce brands To apply, please include: 1. 2–3 examples of Shopify stores you've designed and customized (live links preferred) 2.
