Shopify developer to send orders to warehouse via API

Summary

Hello, We have an ecommerce site here https://www.acudarthealth.com/ that is hosted on Shopify. Currently we download orders everyday and upload a CSV to another system so the orders get to the warehouse. We want orders to go directly from Shopify to our warehouse through their API. I've attached some API documents provided by our warehouse. We need a developer to make this happen. Can you help? I'm not sure if this is a big project or a little project. We can pay hourly or by the project. Thanks a lot
