I run a content brand in the business-acquisition space and need a reliable editor to turn my raw phone footage into polished vertical shorts (1080×1920) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is a simple, repeatable format. I'll give you an example video as the master reference — your job is to match it consistently each time. If you nail the first few, this becomes ongoing weekly work. What each video involves: Editing raw talking-head footage into a tight vertical short, matched to a reference video (cut speed, layout, caption style, image placement) Generating/using a short AI intro clip for the featured business and clipping it in at the start Adding a supplied screen-recording clip at the end as the call to action Placing accompanying images over the text at the right moments Cleaning up and enhancing audio (noise reduction, leveling) Adding captions/subtitles in a consistent style You must: Be fluent in CapCut (desktop) Have experience with short-form vertical content and fast-paced editing Be comfortable generating AI video clips Follow a brief and reference video precisely — consistency matters more than creativity here Communicate clearly and hit turnaround deadlines Nice to have: Experience with finance/business/educational content Your own approach to clean caption styling
