Short Form VideoEditor Needed (on going role)

We’re looking for one or more talented Reels Editors to join our growing team on an ongoing basis. This is not a role for someone who needs every cut, transition, and timestamp mapped out. We’re looking for editors who can take a general creative direction, understand the story we’re trying to tell, and bring it to life through editing. What You’ll Be Editing Our content varies across industries and brands, including: * Storytelling-focused reels (ex: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYnOWsnvfg_/?igsh=MWprNDM2MGlxcXU1YQ==) * Fastpaced & heavy editing: (ex: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYlI9oesXHf/?igsh=OHNkbXh4bG9wc2Fu) * Educational content (ex: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYnOWsnvfg_/?igsh=MWprNDM2MGlxcXU1YQ==) * Editorial and polished brand content * Trend-based and social-first content: (ex: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYOfjYOh7_3/?igsh=ZmZqMXFyd2VxNncw) What We’re Looking For * Strong understanding of short-form content * Ability to identify compelling story moments * Good pacing, hooks, retention tactics, and flow * Experience editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok * Ability to work from concepts and creative direction rather than detailed shot-by-shot instructions * Reliable communication and turnaround times When Applying Please include: 1.
