Short-Term PR Consultant for National Launch: Luxury Real Estate, AI Safety & Residential Resilience

We are seeking a U.S.-based freelance PR consultant/publicist for a short-term launch sprint this week. We are launching The New Estate Standard Institute and NES Certified™, a new framework focused on the future of high-value residential design: AI-era home safety, privacy, smart-home cybersecurity, physical security, environmental health, backup infrastructure, resilience, and luxury estate readiness. The launch includes a national press release, recruitment of industry experts/advisors, interest registration for qualified home inspectors and related professionals, and private viewing events at Elysium, the inaugural NES model home in Arizona. This is not a long-term retainer. We need a focused 7–14 day launch sprint. Scope: Sharpen the press release headline, lede, positioning, and media hooks Prepare the release for PR Newswire or Business Wire distribution Build a targeted media list across real estate, luxury, architecture/design, business, AI/cybersecurity, smart-home, building trades, and Arizona media Draft several journalist pitch angles Conduct targeted outreach and follow-up Track responses, opportunities, and coverage Help identify relevant interviews, podcasts, newsletters, trade publications, and feature opportunities Ideal background: Real estate PR, luxury PR, architecture/design PR, proptech PR, cybersecurity/technology PR, or business media relations Demonstrated earned media experience, not only syndicated wire pickup Ability to work quickly this week Access to media databases such as Muck Rack, Cision, Qwoted, or similar is a plus Strong judgment around positioning so the launch feels institutional and category-defining, not promotional or salesy Please include: Relevant PR/media experience Examples of earned media coverage you helped secure Your recommended media angles for this launch Whether you can start immediately Your fixed-fee quote for a 7–14 day sprint
