Sign Permit Drawings & Structural Attachment Details for City Submittal

We need a dimensioned technical drawing package for a City of Palo Alto building permit submittal, covering a small wall-mounted temporary sign. Scope of work: - Exterior building elevation showing the sign's placement on the building (corner-mounted, two faces) - Section-cut / attachment detail showing how the sign panel physically connects to a brick wall (anchor type, bracket, embedment depth, etc.) - Drawings must be to scale, dimensioned, and formatted per the city's submittal guidelines: landscape orientation, exported PDF (not scanned), 6" blank strip on the cover sheet for city approval stamps, 4"x6" stamp block on each drawing sheet, and bookmarked/indexed pages Project details: - Sign: single 48"x96" 1/8" panel, folded to wrap a building corner, mounted directly to brick - Lightweight, well under 200 lbs — structural calculations likely not required, but let us know if you believe a PE stamp is needed for this scope - We'll provide the approved sign mock-up, dimensions, and site photos for reference What we're looking for: - Experience producing permit-ready drawings for city planning/building departments (ideally California, but not required) - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar - Quick turnaround — this is a small, well-defined task, not an ongoing engagement Please include examples of past permit drawing work in your proposal.
