Sketchup + Photorealistic Rendering for Multi family renovation- 7 Interior spaces 2 Exterior

I’m an interior designer working on the renovation of an existing multifamily apartment community and am looking for an experienced **SketchUp modeler / architectural visualization designer** to assist with realistic renderings. Project Scope: The project includes approximately 7 interior amenity spaces, 3 units and 2 exterior, with multiple rendered views potentially needed for each space. Spaces include: * Resident lounge * Corridors * Game/recreation room *Dog Spa *Gym *Yoga Studio *Units *Exterior Facade *Pool Courtyard I will provide the design direction, including: * Existing/as-built photos * Room dimensions and measurements * Furniture selections and dimensions * Finish/material selections * Lighting selections * Inspiration/concept images * Floor plans or sketches where available * Direction on furniture placement and overall design I am looking for someone who can: * Build accurate SketchUp models from dimensions, photos, and plans provided * Create furniture layouts using specified furniture and dimensions * Model architectural details and proposed renovation elements * Apply specified materials, finishes, paint colors, flooring, lighting, etc. * Produce **high-quality, realistic renderings** * Provide multiple camera views of spaces as requested * Make reasonable revisions based on design feedback * Maintain consistency between renderings throughout the property Renderings should look **realistic and presentation-ready**, as they will be used to communicate and market the proposed design to the client, contractors and tenants. I am **not looking for someone to design the spaces from scratch**. The overall design, furniture selections, finishes, and direction will be provided. I need someone who can accurately translate my design into SketchUp and polished renderings. Please include examples of **realistic interior renderings you personally modeled/rendered**, particularly renovation or commercial/multifamily projects. Please also let me know: * What rendering software you use with SketchUp (Enscape, V-Ray, D5, Lumion, etc.) * Your typical turnaround time per room/space * How you structure pricing for projects with multiple spaces and views * What is included in your revision process * Whether the editable SketchUp model/source files are included This could become an **ongoing working relationship** for future interior design projects if we work well together. **To start, I would like to complete one space as a paid test/milestone before proceeding with the remaining spaces.**
