SmartSuite Database Builder

SmartSuite Solutions Architect (Advanced) We are looking for a true SmartSuite power user to help build and optimize a production operating system for a film and television company. This is not a basic setup project. We already have an extensive SmartSuite implementation with linked records, automations, SmartDocs, forms, and production workflows. We need someone who can think like a systems architect and help us design scalable solutions. You should be comfortable building complex relational databases, troubleshooting automation logic, improving UX, and integrating SmartSuite with external tools. Requirements • Advanced SmartSuite experience, not just Airtable or Monday.com experience • Demonstrated experience building multi app SmartSuite solutions • Strong understanding of linked records, rollups, formulas, permissions, forms, automations, dashboards, and SmartDocs • Experience integrating SmartSuite with Make, Zapier, APIs, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and similar platforms • Ability to analyze business workflows and design efficient systems • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
