Social Media Manager & Assistant Needed

I flip houses and run a podcast called Before the Profit. I need one person to help with two things: my social media and small day-to-day tasks. I don't want someone who waits for orders. I want someone who sees what needs to be done and just does it. Must be available during US Eastern Time hours and have a US phone number. What you'll do: Social Media - Make posts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - Share my podcast episodes online - Turn my podcast into short clips and posts - Give me ideas on how to grow my page - Tell me what's working and what's not Small Tasks - Pay bills - Book doctor visits - Make phone calls for me - Call US numbers to book things, do research, or handle anything by phone - Help bring on guests for the podcast - Handle other small jobs without being told step by step What you need: - Real experience running social media pages - A US phone number - Available to work during US Eastern Time hours - Can call US numbers to book things or do research - People who trusted you with money or tasks before - Good writing skills - The ability to make choices on your own - You show up and follow through - Can make content in a style like Gary V (Gary Vaynerchuk) Nice to have (not required): - Worked with a podcast or online creator before - Know about real estate or business content - Can use Canva or CapCut How we'll talk: through Monday.com and WhatsApp To apply, send me: 1.
