SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT STRATEGIST We are a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to creating visibility and building trust in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. We protect our peace and our personal time by staying ahead, which means we don't believe in asking a Project Manager to review a deliverable at 8:00 PM on a Sunday for a Monday morning deadline that was forgotten about. If you're a Social Media Strategist who lives for a clean roadmap, respects boundaries, and hates last-minute posts that create more work for everyone, you're exactly who we're looking for. This position is commission based. You are paid per client. You start at $500 per month and can grow your compensation as you take on more clients. ================================================== THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL ================================================== Own the outcome. You aren't just posting. You're the architect. You'll take deep-dive research and turn it into a 90-day content roadmap that is executed with military precision. If you just want to make cool posts every day, this role isn't for you. We need someone who thrives on organization, views "last minute" as a failure of planning, and delivers polished work ahead of schedule. TikTok - Organic Growth - Trending Content - TikTok Shop Facebook - Business Pages - Groups - Meta Business Suite ================================================== WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO ================================================== - Own the entire social media process from strategy through reporting. - Conduct research and develop quarterly 90-day content roadmaps. - Plan content one full month in advance. - Batch produce and schedule content weekly. - Turn raw iPhone footage into engaging Reels and TikToks using CapCut and Canva. - Schedule and publish content. - Monitor performance and make recommendations. - Keep projects organized inside ClickUp. - Collaborate with the marketing, SEO, and design teams. - Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
