Social Media Content Creator & Photographer/Videographer — Luxury Real Estate (Sarasota/Venice, FL)

Description: I'm a luxury real estate agent in Sarasota/Venice, FL, and I'm looking for a content creator to help me consistently produce and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. This role includes both in-field shoots (listings, community events, behind-the-scenes at photo/video sessions) and content editing/posting from that footage. You'll work directly with me and my photographer to turn raw footage and photos into polished reels, posts, and stories that reflect a clean, high-end brand aesthetic. Responsibilities: Attend listing/lifestyle shoots and capture behind-the-scenes content (phone or camera) Edit photos and short-form video (reels, stories) using CapCut or similar Write captions in a calm, professional, non-salesy tone Schedule and post content across platforms daily Track basic engagement metrics and suggest content ideas Ideal candidate: Based in or near Sarasota/Venice, FL (this role requires local, in-person shoots) Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand content Strong eye for composition and editing Comfortable working independently with light direction Ai knowledge a plus
