# Creator Operations Assistant (Part-Time | Remote) We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to help manage our TikTok creator program. This is a role with room to grow. ### Responsibilities * Source and reach out to TikTok creators * Follow up and schedule onboarding calls * Manage creator onboarding * Ensure creators post daily * Track creator performance and retention metrics * Maintain Google Sheets and Notion * Send daily and weekly reports ### Requirements * Excellent English communication * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Reliable and proactive * Comfortable managing multiple conversations * Able to work independently **Bonus if you have experience with:** * TikTok * Influencer/creator management * Virtual assistance * Notion * Google Sheets ### Hours * 15–25 hours/week * Flexible schedule ### To Apply Please include: 1.
