Social Media Business Development Specialist

Overview We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused individual (or small team) to build and launch multiple AI-powered digital business solutions and drive online sales through social channels and growth systems. This role goes beyond marketing — we want someone who can help create, package, launch, and scale digital products and acquisition funnels. Responsibilities 1. Build and Launch AI-Based Digital Solutions * Develop and package AI-powered offerings including: * AI tools and automations * Digital products * Ebooks and guides * Templates * Service packages * Other monetizable digital solutions * Validate concepts and identify market opportunities * Create go-to-market launch plans 2. Social Media Setup + Monetization Strategy * Set up and optimize channels including: * Facebook * Instagram * TikTok * Additional platforms where relevant * Establish branding and positioning * Define growth targets and monetization goals * Implement audience growth strategies 3. Full Funnel Build * Design and implement end-to-end sales funnels including: * Landing pages * Lead capture * Email flows * Checkout experience * Payment gateway integration (Stripe or alternatives) * Analytics and conversion tracking 4. Content + Distribution Strategy * Create a complete social content strategy * Build content calendars and posting schedules * Produce or coordinate content creation * Develop organic and paid acquisition recommendations * Create repeatable systems for scaling 5.
