The Out of Bounds Show is a daily sports talk show covering SEC football, college sports, NFL, travel, food, and lifestyle content. We’re looking for a dependable content editor who can turn our long-form interviews into engaging short-form content. What You’ll Do * Watch long-form interview and podcast content * Identify the most compelling, entertaining, controversial, insightful, or viral moments * Edit clips into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikToks, X videos, and Facebook content * Create captions, graphics, subtitles, and hooks that improve engagement * Deliver clips quickly and consistently * Understand sports media, storytelling, and what performs well on social media Bonus Skills * Schedule and publish content across social media platforms * Develop a content calendar and posting strategy * Write social captions and titles * Recommend which clips have the highest viral potential * Help grow audience engagement and reach Ideal Candidate * Experience editing sports, podcast, or interview content * Strong understanding of college football, SEC sports, NFL, and sports media * Knows how to find the best moments without being told exactly where they are * Fast turnaround times * Reliable communication * Can provide examples of previous short-form content they’ve created To Apply Please send: 1.
