Sportsbook Platform Architect with Prematch, In-Play & Feed Integration Experience

We are looking for a senior sportsbook platform architect / consultant with real B2C sportsbook operating experience. We already operate a B2C betting platform and are planning to redesign the full sports betting architecture across: - Sports feed integration - Prematch odds processing - In-play / live betting processing - Market and selection mapping - Bet placement validation - Odds changes, suspension, cancellation and settlement logic - User-facing sportsbook display flow - Admin / trading / risk operation flow - Backend data model and service responsibility design - Performance, queueing, monitoring and operational reliability This is not a simple API integration task. We need someone who has designed or operated a real sportsbook system and can advise us on the correct architecture before implementation. Our internal team will handle most of the coding, but we need a senior expert to review our current structure, identify design problems, propose the target architecture, and guide the implementation plan. Planned feed / vendor: - BetConstruct experience is highly preferred. - Experience with FeedConstruct, Sportradar, BetRadar, LSports, Genius Sports, or similar sportsbook data/feed providers is also valuable. Expected work: - Review our current prematch and in-play architecture - Identify structural problems and operational risks - Design a clean target architecture for feed ingestion, odds processing, betting validation, settlement, and frontend delivery - Recommend service boundaries, database structure, queue/worker strategy, caching, and monitoring - Help define migration steps from the current system to the new design - Provide diagrams, written technical guidance, and review sessions - Advise our developers during implementation Required experience: - Real B2C sportsbook platform experience - Strong understanding of prematch and in-play betting lifecycle - Sports feed integration experience - Odds, markets, selections, lines, suspension, settlement and bet validation knowledge - Backend architecture experience for high-frequency data updates - Experience with queues, idempotency, retries and data consistency - PostgreSQL / Redis / RabbitMQ or Kafka experience - Node.js / TypeScript experience is preferred but not mandatory if the architecture experience is strong Nice to have: - BetConstruct or FeedConstruct integration experience - Trading / risk management system experience - Multi-brand or white-label sportsbook platform experience - Experience with migration from legacy sportsbook architecture - Experience advising small internal development teams What we are NOT looking for: - A general full-stack developer with no sportsbook experience - A casino game developer - A betting tips / affiliate / marketing expert - Someone who has only built simple odds display pages - Someone who only consumes APIs but does not understand sportsbook operations Please apply with: 1.
