Summary

In2Touch operates touch rugby leagues across London and UK cities, supported by a network of around 100 volunteer referees and venue managers. Managing this volunteer base is currently manual and time-consuming, creating unnecessary administrative burden. We're looking to build a web-based volunteer portal to streamline scheduling, communication, and coordination. The ideal solution should be simple to use on mobile, keep volunteers informed and engaged, and free up admin time currently spent on WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
