Strategic Integrator / Fractional COO

The Role Your mission is simple: Help grow the business by bringing solutions, creating clarity and ensuring the right priorities are being executed. You'll work closely with the Founder to improve decision-making, identify bottlenecks and ensure the business is moving in the right direction. We're looking for someone who naturally asks: "How can we make this better?" Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Growth Identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop 30, 60 and 90-day roadmaps. Help prioritise initiatives that will have the greatest impact. Provide recommendations to support business growth. Solutions & Problem Solving Analyse challenges and bring practical solutions. Identify bottlenecks affecting performance. Recommend improvements to systems, processes and workflows. Support the Founder in making strategic decisions. Leadership & Accountability Facilitate leadership meetings. Ensure priorities remain aligned across teams. Track action items and hold teams accountable. Drive projects through to completion. Operational Improvement Improve systems and internal processes. Recommend tools and automations that increase efficiency. Ensure the business is structured to support growth. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Solutions-focused. Experience building plans and implementation roadmaps. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Highly Regarded Experience working directly with founders. Experience scaling businesses. Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Experience using ClickUp, Asana or similar tools. Understanding of AI and automation.
