Structural Engineer/Civil Architect - Illinois

I am seeking a licensed Illinois Structural Engineer (S.E.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) to review our site plans, foundation details, for an outdoor louvered pergola, and provide a signed/stamped engineering note to satisfy the local building department's wind-load requirements 115 mph wind speed handling. Project Specifications: Structure: Pre-engineered aluminum louvered pergola. Dimensions: 14 ft times x 20 ft(Freestanding). Location: Mounting on top of an existing/planned concrete patio. Foundation Strategy: To meet the local frost line and resist wind uplift, we are installing 42-inch deep concrete bases with 12-inch diameter piers at each post location. Deliverable Needed: An engineering letter/packet with an Illinois structural/professional stamp verifying that the structure, foundation depth/mass (42 inch times 12 inch)and specified concrete anchoring method will safely withstand a 115mph wind load. I have the manufacturer’s manual, and layout plans ready to send over for your review.
