Summary

We are seeking a PE licensed structural engineer located in Pennsylvania to do a structural calculation review and PE stamp for a new 16'x30' residential deck addition and an associated structural wall opening on an existing single-family home. To keep your billable time as low as possible, I have pre-compiled all necessary master prints, dimensions, and layout specifications The project involves working with existing blueprints to ensure the addition is structurally sound and meets local building codes. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential projects and be able to provide stamped plans for permit submission.
