Summary

In search of an AI expert with proven success to help me develop a system that will identify high net worth individuals in a Texas county who might be prospective donors to a non-profit organization that promotes children's safety and well-being. The system should gather and analyze publicly available financial data (such as property tax records) to predict potential donors based on their financial capacity and philanthropic history. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development and data analysis and be 100% fluent in English. The objective would be a working prototype that I could present to our board of directors for further funding.
