AI Systems and Voice Agent Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to assist with the development of AI systems and voice agents. The role involves working with Claude Code, Retell AI, n8n, and GoHighLevel to create innovative solutions with the potential progression into a full time development team lead / manager role. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development and a strong understanding of voice agent technologies. We’re a fast-growing AI growth partner agency that builds AI systems for service businesses. Voice agents, text agents, and bespoke automations that handle inbound enquiries, book appointments, and take manual admin off our clients’ plates. We’re looking for a skilled developer to help us build and ship these systems. 📈 This starts as a part-time, project-based role (first project is small, scoped to under a month) but it’s genuinely a foot in the door. As we grow, this is built to progress into a Development Team Lead / Development Manager position for the right person. ⚡ What you’ll be working on: • Building and configuring voice agents in Retell AI (prompting, conversation flows, tone, edge-case handling) • Designing automation workflows in n8n. Calendar/PMS/CRM lookups, booking logic, CRM updates, follow-up sequences • Bespoke, consultancy-style builds and unique API integrations (e.g. process automations for accountancy firms). This is where strong n8n skills really matter, as no two builds are the same. • Working in GoHighLevel for CRM, calendars, and multi-channel messaging • Using Claude Code as part of the development ✅ Essential (non-negotiable): • Solid hands-on experience with n8n. Comfortable building complex, non-templated workflows • Confident with APIs and webhooks.
