Summary

What you’ll be doing: • Manage implementations of new databases and websites • Provide Microsoft 365 administration support • Client domain management • Provide guidance and staff support on a range of IT projects and initiatives • Troubleshoot issues • Coordinate interaction between database vendors and staff teams • Implement and manage company data management practices and policies • Manage and respond to customer support tickets for learning management systems What you bring to the table: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field recommended • Minimum 2 years' experience in HTML and WordPress • Understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills
