Summary

We're a Wyoming LLC (multi-member) running a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business. The members live in Texas and we ship physical products nationwide from a Texas location. We were formed in WY but have been operating in Texas, and we need to get fully compliant (foreign qualification, sales tax, and franchise tax) and clean up any back exposure the right way. Looking for a US-based CPA or EA with hands-on Texas multistate/SALT experience to assess our situation and execute the cleanup.
