YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed 20+ Thumbnails / Month (Ongoing) I'm looking for a skilled thumbnail designer to create high-converting YouTube thumbnails on a consistent monthly basis. This is an ongoing role with steady volume at least 20 thumbnails per month so I want someone reliable who can become a long-term part of my workflow.
