We're hiring a Thumbnail Designer for a long-term, ongoing role. We manage 8+ active YouTube channels across diverse niches. Your role: - Create eye-catching thumbnails that match the style and quality of our existing content. - Work across a wide range of topics and niches (we publish ~250 thumbnails/month). - Use Nano Banana and other AI tools, plus manual tools like Adobe Photoshop. What we provide: - Video titles and full scripts for each topic. - Subscriptions & access to any AI or photo-editing tools you'll need. Requirements: - Strong thumbnail design skills — you should be able to match every style in the channels above. - Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Claude, etc.); mention any other tools you're strong in. - Long-term commitment (1+ years).
