TikTok Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid / In-Person Filming Required) AgeDefy Labs is a growing skincare brand focused on helping mature skin look and feel its best. We’re looking for a creative, energetic TikTok expert who loves skincare and understands what makes content perform on today’s social platforms. This is a flexible part-time role ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, skincare, content creation, and social media marketing. What You’ll Do * Create and post TikTok content for AgeDefy Labs * Identify and participate in relevant TikTok trends * Help develop creative content ideas and storylines * Film and edit short-form videos * Appear on camera when appropriate * Assist with TikTok Shop setup and management * Research influencers and creators for collaborations * Help build engagement and community * Work directly with the founder to bring ideas to life What We’re Looking For * Must live in the Los Angeles area * Strong understanding of TikTok and current trends * Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthy aging * Comfortable filming and editing content * Experience growing social media accounts preferred * Creative, positive, and self-motivated * Strong communication skills * Interest in working with a startup brand Bonus Qualifications * Experience with TikTok Shop * UGC (User Generated Content) experience * Beauty or skincare industry experience * Influencer marketing experience * Basic photography or video editing skills Compensation * Hourly pay based on experience + Free AgeDefy Labs products * Flexible schedule * Opportunity to help shape a growing skincare brand from the ground up
