We explicitly steer away from traditional, storefront-style psychic tropes; our aesthetic is glamorous, confident, and highly engaging. Our business model relies on a highly interactive, real-time funnel: 1. We use short-form TikTok videos to build organic reach and visibility. 2. We host high-energy TikTok LIVE broadcasts where we connect with our audience. 3. Viewers visit our external website to purchase interactive readings in real-time while we are live on stream. We have a proven, highly profitable system, but we are currently experiencing a slump in organic video views and overall LIVE stream reach. We want an independent expert to help us refresh our content and bring a sharp, strategic perspective to our digital stage.
