TikTok Affiliate and Creator Partnership Manager

We are an established fashion jewelry brand with thousands of TikTok Shop affiliates and approximately 2,000 new affiliates joining each month. We are looking for a hands-on creator partnerships manager who can build real relationships with affiliates, improve posting and conversion rates, manage outreach, reactivate proven creators, and grow our creator community. This is not a basic influencer-list-building role. We need someone who follows up, communicates consistently, understands creator performance, and turns gifted products into content and sales. You will work alongside our internal TikTok operations manager and company leadership. Responsibilities: * Identify and recruit high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates. * Build relationships with top and emerging creators. * Manage targeted collaboration outreach. * Follow up after samples are delivered. * Track creators from outreach through posting, sales, and repeat activity. * Reactivate creators who previously generated GMV. * Manage creator communication through TikTok, email, Discord, WhatsApp, SMS, and other approved channels. * Respond quickly to creator questions regarding products, commissions, tracking, and campaigns. * Help manage Ettika’s affiliate Discord community. * Publish weekly product updates, winning videos, hooks, contests, and creator spotlights. * Work with the team to create creator briefs and product-specific talking points. * Identify creators who may be suitable for paid retainers, UGC, or TikTok Live. * Maintain a clean creator CRM and weekly performance report. * Help design creator competitions and incentive programs that produce measurable results. What we are looking for: * Direct experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates. * Strong creator outreach and relationship-management skills. * Comfortable following up repeatedly and professionally. * Ability to evaluate brand fit, content quality, posting consistency, and historical GMV. * Experience with TikTok Seller Center, targeted collaborations, open collaborations, Discord, and creator tracking. * Fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle experience is strongly preferred. * Excellent written English. * Organized, persistent, and action-oriented. * Able to operate with limited supervision. * Availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
