Title: Appointment Setter – Established Service Business (Trial to Long-Term, $15–$30/hr)

Overview: Established service-based business (10+ years) is scaling our customer outreach. We're hiring a personable, American-based caller to book service appointments from our existing customer database—and we're looking for someone reliable enough to grow with us long-term. (Our last appointment setter worked with us 6 years.) The Trial: 2–4 week evaluation period. We need someone dependable. You get to see if it's a real, stable opportunity. If both sides are happy, we move to a deeper commitment, potentially full-time. The Work: You'll call customers who recognize our product to schedule service appointments. Your job: confirm availability, answer basic questions, book confirmed appointments into our Google Calendar, and firm people up to achieve 90%+ show and completion for set appointments.
