Houston-Based (or surrounding city only) Training Video Production Lead for Small Pilot Project I’m looking for an experienced **training video production lead** in the Houston, Texas area to help establish the right production approach for a new leadership learning platform. I have the content and overall vision, but I need someone who can help determine the best way to present the material through a combination of video, presentation slides, and supporting visuals. This is a **small, project-based opportunity to start**, not a full-time position. The initial goal is to develop and complete a few strong video lessons and create a repeatable production process. There may be additional work as the platform grows. The person selected must be: * Located in the Houston, Texas area * Available to work or meet with me during weekday business hours * Able to participate in daytime planning, recording, and production sessions * Comfortable working both virtually and in person when needed This opportunity may be ideal for an independent consultant, freelancer, or experienced producer with daytime availability.
