Transaction Coordinator

This is a pay-per-transaction role ($100-$300 per transaction based on experience) with Land finder LLC- a land investment company. Transaction Coordinator Company: Land Finder LLC Location: Remote Position Type: Per Transaction Reports To: Owner / CEO About Land Finder LLC Land Finder LLC is a vacant land investment company specializing in sourcing, acquiring, and reselling undervalued properties across the U.S. Land Finder LLC is the acquisitions and development arm of Land Caller LLC. Role Overview This requires detail-oriented transaction management and will be the main point of contact for sellers, buyers, and title companies. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination -Receive executed purchase agreements from the Acquisitions Manager and verify accuracy. -Submit contracts to title companies and/or closing attorneys -Order and review preliminary title reports; identify and help resolve title issues. -Coordinate surveys, inspections, and required documentation. -Maintain communication with sellers to ensure deadlines are met. -Verify all post-closing documents are received, recorded, and stored in Land Finder’s files. Collaboration -Work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to set pricing and timelines for resale. -Provide progress updates on transactions to leadership. -Assist in developing standardized workflows for transactions.. Performance Metrics -Average days from contract to close -Number of transactions completed per month early/on time/late
