About Us We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing company that sends employees to conferences, client meetings, and business events across the country. We’re looking for a highly organized Travel Coordinator who can completely own our travel logistics so our leadership team never has to think about booking flights, hotels, transportation, or conference logistics again. This is a long-term relationship for the right person. Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all company travel, including: * Booking flights * Selecting the best flight schedules * Booking hotels * Arranging airport transportation * Coordinating conference registrations * Creating professional travel itineraries * Adding reservations to employee calendars * Monitoring flights for delays or cancellations * Rebooking travel when necessary * Researching nearby restaurants when requested * Ensuring every trip runs smoothly from start to finish Our expectation is simple: When someone tells you they need to travel, you own everything until they return home. What We’re Looking For * Experience booking executive or corporate travel * Excellent communication * Extremely organized * Detail-oriented * Proactive problem solver * Able to work independently * Comfortable making recommendations instead of waiting for instructions * Fluent English Experience with luxury or executive travel is a major plus. Hours This may fluctuate depending on conference schedules and business travel. There is potential for this role to grow as our company expands. To Apply Please include: 1.
